Up to 50% of qualifying costs
Maximum funding
No fixed grant cap. Approved amount is the support percentage applied to qualifying project costs (consultancy fees, software, and qualifying internal manpower).

Allow up to 3 months from a complete submission to outcome.

6–12 months typical, set in the approved project milestones.
Reimbursement
Reimbursement basis. You pay project costs first, then claim against achieved milestones.

Yes, when the software is part of a structured consultancy-led implementation. Standalone SaaS subscriptions without a transformation project are usually not eligible.
