No fixed grant cap. Approved amount is the support percentage applied to qualifying project costs (consultancy fees, software, and qualifying internal manpower).

9–15 months typical, including procurement, installation and validation.
Reimbursement
Reimbursement basis. You pay project costs first, then claim against achieved milestones.
