EDG Service Excellence co-funds consultancy that designs customer journeys, service standards, and frontline capability for Singapore SMEs.

SME co-funding
Up to 50% of qualifying costs
Maximum funding
No fixed grant cap. Approved amount is the support percentage applied to qualifying project costs (consultancy fees, software, and qualifying internal manpower).
Processing time
Allow up to 3 months from a complete submission to outcome.
Project duration
6–12 months typical, set in the approved project milestones.
Reimbursement
Reimbursement basis. You pay project costs first, then claim against achieved milestones.
