Singapore grant application timeline: from enquiry to disbursement

What actually happens between your first enquiry and the grant landing in your account.

Week 1: eligibility and scoping

Free 30-minute call to test eligibility. If we're a fit, we run a scoping workshop to define outcomes, KPIs, and rough costs.

Weeks 2–4: proposal and application

We co-write the proposal, build the cost schedule, and submit through the BusinessGrants Portal with supporting documents.

Weeks 4–10: evaluation

Enterprise Singapore evaluates the application. We respond to clarifications within 2 working days to keep momentum.

Months 3–12: delivery

Project kicks off after approval. Milestones are tracked against the approved proposal. We handle claims paperwork at each milestone.

Final claim and disbursement

Final claim is submitted after project completion and outcome validation. Disbursement typically lands 6–10 weeks after claim approval.

Frequently asked questions

QCan I start project work before grant approval?

No. Costs incurred before the approval date are not claimable. We help you sequence so vendor work begins only after the letter of offer.
